Poland’s elegant labour law led the country to be the top maternity leave provider across the world thus the country comes at number fourth.  According to the law, employees will be entitled to six months paid parental leave  and for women maternity leave is extended by an additional six weeks for a total of  22 weeks of paid leave . Parental leave compensation is 60 percent whereas the maternity pay is 100 percent of pay and the additional six weeks are also set according to the rate.
