The country stands second for closing their educational attainment gender gap and in providing the enterprise leaderships positions for women. Norway is the strongest performing country on the political empowerment side where 40 percent members of parliament are female while 31 percent of female holds the senior managerial positions. Norway’s law prosecutes new rules for women right as it emphasizes on at least 40 percent of all public limited company members should be female.
