Corporate chair massage has quickly become one of the most admired and sought-after benefits in the workplace today. The physical demands of grueling hours at a high stress environment can take a toll on any individual and the corporate chair massage is specifically designed for this issue.

Corporate chair massage reduces fatigue and tension, thereby increasing productivity by manifolds. Irrespective of whether the employer uses it through a regular employee wellness or benefits package, or as part of an incentive program, they are worth gold in the eyes of the employees.

LinkedIn, SAS, Intel, Charles Schwab, Coldwell Banker, and Samsung are some of the well-known firms that provide on-site chair massages to their employees.

1: Now this is interesting. The idea of having a treadmill desk as a perk is great, since it carries with it numerous health benefits. But despite its bigger health advantages, I really don’t think I’m a fit for treadmill desks. This is exactly why I’m settling with standup desks. I find that standing up for 3 hours straight is still too hard for me to take (I figured this will take some getting used to) so – in my hopes of leading a healthier lifestyle – I bought this standup desk http://tinyurl.com/6p844yk.
