A casual lie can harm your career far more than you anticipate. White lies are common at workplace. No matter how harmless the lies can be, it always comes with a risk. Stealing praises from a peer’s achievements, mistreating the company’s expenses and many more are a part of lying at the workplace. Sometimes a casual lie can cost you your job.
