Young Women More Career Oriented Than Men

Bangalore: Women are no longer weak in the performance when it comes to their career success. There has been a major reversal from the 1190s till now. According to a new study conducted by Pew Research Center it has been found that at the present competitiveness between men and women, it is the young women who are showing to be more career driven than the young men. They are the young women professionals who are more likely than young men to say that for them it is the successful, high-paying career is the one thing which matters a lot in their life, reports Allison Linn on Life Inc. website.



According to the report, around 66 percent of the young women aged between 18 to 34 years were reported to have said that, being successful and having a high paying job is very important thing in their life. When it was compared to men around 59 percent of them reported the same.



Even though many women said that having a successful and high paying job is very important to them, at the same time they also specified that they can’t sacrifices the other part of their life for their career purpose. They also said, being a good parent and leading a happy married life is among their core importance.
