According to the latest survey conducted by the global human resources management consultancy Hay Group has rated the companies according to the leadership measures in the particular companies. As of the last year, General Electric has retained its credit of being the top in the best companies for leadership.  Rick Lash, the Director of Hay Group’s leadership and talent practice said that, General Electric is a not a company, which focuses only on promoting better leaders, but they are also into promoting innovations and securing it in the top slot. The survey was conducted on 7,000 people from more than 2,300 companies’ worldwide, reports Susan Adams from Forbes. Here is the list of top companies for leadership.

1. General Electric:

This multinational company, headquartered in Fairland, United States, operates on four different segments namely for the Energy, Technology Infrastructure, Capital Finance and Consumer and Industrial services. As of the other rankings, GE has acquired the 5^th position in the best global brand raking by Interbrand as well as the 15^th most admired company by Fortune. The successful operation of a company’s activities requires a perfect management and leadership as it plays key determinants of the success and failure of any business deals of a company. General Electric has a solid foundation when it comes to management and leadership to accomplish company’s priorities to set quality and make their customers services satisfactory.
