The results show comparing to other companies like Amazon, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Oracle and Expedia the blooming Facebook is not fascinated to hire Microsoft employees. But, of course, they do have some ex-Microsoft employees of around 300 whereas Xooglers are more than 450. Here are the top 5 companies who like to poach Microsoft employees.

While the rivalry between Google and Microsoft becomes tight, Google could manage hiring around 1,410 Microsoft employees. Whatever the business, whether it is search engine or electronic mail system or phones... both the companies set a strong battlefield in the business industry. Probably, it is the oldest trick in war field to get a hand from the competitor side. Google does it well by hiring a thousand of Microsoft employees.
