Bangalore: As far as there is no 50-50 sharing in parenting tasks, women are more challenged at work. Being a working mom is like having two-full time jobs to handle. A majority of the employees being parent, and the bachelors and spinsters are getting ready to be another working parent, it is important for every employee to know how to handle both the roles.

Many of female employees are tended to quit their job for parenting their kids. But, once they are again back to work after one to three years of jobless period, most employers will not opt for taking them back to work. Even the offered jobs will be paying nearly 20 percent less than their last job. As the family expenses grows, the earnings of a woman place an essential portion of household income to meet both ends. It is very difficult for a women to spend long hours at work while she shoulders childcare and household responsibilities along with it.
