1. International Business Machine (IBM): The top spot is occupied by IBM this year, with an overall hiring of 96 candidates from the top B- schools. Moreover, it is reported that this American multinational company has hired more fresh talents from top B- Schools this year than it did last year. According to Chandrasekhar Sripada, VP and head HR at IBM India/South Asia, the company’s growth on the Indian subcontinent depends on how it finds its talent from top B-schools in the country. Chandrasekhar added that IBM will continue to create more opportunities for B- school graduates in India.
