Or maybe you want to take time off between jobs but can’t afford to spend all your savings. According to research by the job portal CareerCast, the demand for part time work is rising, along with the pay.

In today’s interconnected, global world, people can collaborate from all over the world. Companies are using this fact to their advantage, and paying people well to do a portion of the day’s work. The huffington post.com has compiled a list of the best part-time jobs in 2015:

Accountant

Projected to grow at 13 percent by 2020, the highest paid part time professionals on the list are accountants.  Accounting is a flexible profession that is paid by the hour. Much like doctors, registered chartered accountants don’t necessarily have to work for big corporate entities to make money- they can set up a private practice and work on their own terms. The average yearly pay for a part time accountant in India is 0.97 to 4.17 lakhs per annum.
