#7. ZS Associates
With a more than impressive interview difficulty rating of 3.6 and an interview process that lasts for about 29 days, ZS Associates has garnered the seventh slot in the list.
Established in 1983 and co-founded by Andris A. Zoltners and Prabhakant Sinha, this renowned multinational management consulting firm specializes in marketing and sales consulting. The firm presently employs more than 2,000 professionals and is offering consulting services to about 700 companies spread across 3 continents, namely, North America, Asia and Europe.
#6. Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce, the most prestigious brand in the automobile world, is the next entry in the list.
As per the respondents, brain-teasers such as “How would you build an engine from scratch?”, grueling questions concerning the very specific aspects of the corporation, and the sheer length of the interview that often spread around 46 days, literally made them sweat. They also added that though the screening process was tough, the recruiters were some of the finest in the world. They were friendly and made the candidates feel confident and wanted as employees.
