Bangalore: According to TeamLease India Labour Market Report, in the next five years, the industrial hubs which are created in various states are likely to become the hot spot destinations for hiring.

Bangalore and Mumbai have emerged as the biggest clusters over the past five years. These cities are been followed by Pune with IT, manufacturing and engineering and Ahmedabad with healthcare and pharmaceuticals along with manufacturing and engineering, reports the Economic Times.

Mumbai being the biggest city and the most diverse city-sector cluster will be hiring mainly in the IT sector and Infrastructure hiring may go downwards. Bangalore too is likely to fare well in hiring and Pune is another case of reform initiatives that is working well.

The report also said that infrastructure in these cities is a cause for worry. Sangeeta Lala, Senior Vice-President, TeamLease Services told that, businesses expanding operations need land and human resources, supply for both of which are acutely short in these cities.
