Bangalore: In today’s ultra competitive job market it is very difficult to create an appealing resume that can grab the maximum attention of the recruiters. One should definitely keep in mind that every day the recruiters get thousands of resume in which they select only a few that seems to be perfect for them. Therefore, one should be very careful while framing a resume that can get maximum attention from the recruiters, because a small mistake in your resume can get it trashed and can keep you from bagging a great offer. Listed are the resume mistakes that should be avoided in order to keep it away from getting trashed.

1. Vague/ unclear contact details: Your resume must have clear contact details like the right phone no, the home address, and the correct email- id, through which the prospective employers can directly contact you. Keep in mind that you might be quite talented and right fit for the job but the recruiters are busy people who may try to contact you once or twice but if they are not being able to reach you through the contact details mentioned in your resume, they will definitely trash your resume and look for other suitable candidates who can be easily contacted.
