Microsoft India the 'Most Attractive Employer' in the Country for 2012

Bangalore: Microsoft India has been successful to emerge as the ‘Most attractive employer in India’ for the second consecutive year for 2012 by the ranking given by the Global HR service firm Randstad . The company is followed by Oracle India and TCS respectively.  The overall purpose of this survey was to encourage the best practicing firms, and also to identify the best employer brand in India based on perceived attractiveness of a particular company. The survey was conducted among 8,500 respondents from among the 150 biggest employers of the nation.



The survey was based on 10 most influential factors namely the long term security growth, financial health of the company, career progression opportunities, competitive salary & employee benefits, a good place to maintain a proper work life balance, pleasant and simulating work environment, having interesting job content, consisting a strong management, good training opportunities and progressive policies that concerns the environment and society [CSR], reports Arun Prabhudesai on the Trak.in website.
