Bangalore: Most of us today, feel that our office life is frustrating, hectic and counter-productive. Based on that, a new Wakefield Research Study commissioned by Citrix finds out some of our top frustrations related with our modern work life. These frustrations include working with a “know-it-all,” attending company events we’d rather like to miss and a boss who takes credit for our work. The study report also says the creative measures professionals are taking to avoid going office each day and what they are ready to sacrifice for the flexibility to work from home just one day a week.

The survey was conducted in June 2012, involving more than 1,000 American office workers. Moreover, it highlighted the following trends and reasons that employees feel they need a break from the office and how they would conduct business from home or on vacation.
