Bangalore: Before making their final selection, job interviewers today evaluate the candidate in the best possible way. So, in- order to avoid falling into very common job interview traps, it is always advisable for you to come thoroughly prepared for the job interview, as little mistakes in following the interview rules will keep you from bagging a great offer. According to WIX.com Blog, listed below are 5 deadly job interview traps and how to avoid them.

1. Revise and recheck your CV once before sending, never lie during the job interview: Your CV should clearly demonstrate your skill, knowledge and experience without any exaggeration of your qualifications. If you over exaggerate your CV thinking that the recruiters will get attracted by your qualifications, then keep in mind, that by this you are sure to fall in trouble as the job interviewer might ask you questions related to that and if you fail to answer those questions, you are sure to get rejected in the job interview. Likewise, revise your CV thoroughly before sending it to the recruiters and keep a backup answer ready for each and every claim that you have made in your CV, so, that you do not fall into the trap when recruiters ask you any questions related to the statements mentioned in your CV.
