GroupM Bag's the 2nd Best Employer Brand Award 2012

Bangalore: The leading media planning and investment agency of India GroupM has bagged the award of the 2^nd best employer brand of India of the year 2012 at the Employee Branding Awards. With its employees, initiating in the talent management, attraction and maintenance, the agency has been successful in bagging the second place while beating several other biggies of the corporate world. The agency was ranked 7^th last year.

GroupM bagged the awards in many different categories and also became one of the top nominees for the top 2 spots. GroupM was awarded in the categories of Innovation in Recruitment, Talent Management and in Excellence in Training, Best HR Strategy in line with Business, Innovative Retention Strategy, Excellence in HR through Technology, Continuous Innovation in HR Strategy at Work, Global HR Strategy and Innovation in Career Development, reports the Business Standard.
