Bangalore: The Fresh graduates this year are in the search of the better opportunities with full enthusiasm. The private sector has seen optimistic employment gains for 25 successive months. The private sector averaged 2,48,000 new payroll jobs from 2011 December through February 2012, but in the March month it has dropped to just 121, 000 as per the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
