Being too Nice At Workplace Can be Dangerous

Bangalore: It is natural that we need to wait for the approval from the seniors or the elders, be it in our personal life or in our professional life. So, for that, many of us tend to be very nice to the concerned person who approves our work every time. Though that person doesn’t have any great value in our life, we still tend to be very good and nice to them just to get our work approved. In such cases, the chances you need to be very much hard working and sincere to the person you are reporting. But do you actually think that being nice at work is very helpful for you to build up your career to a great height? 1. Being polite can hinder you:



Do you think that many of your colleagues tasks are been transferred to you just because you are active in completing your work on time? If yes, then you must try to stop being too polite at others because they will be misusing your politeness just to dump their work on you. It doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be polite to them at all. You just need to limit the percent of politeness by following the basic manners and etiquettes required at workplace.
