Skipping breakfast is the most common habits among everyone, especially among working adults. Our body needs to be refueled a few times in a day. Breakfast, the word itself means breaking the fast that the body is in the last night dinner. Skipping breakfast may cause you headache also and it scientifically proved to cause obesity. Going for outside lunch will be another bad habit which can make you sick. You may not have an idea about the dietetic facts of what you have grabbed most of those might be carbohydrate filled. Snacking at your desk will damage your health especially if you are using a computer keyboard; keyboards are one of the dirtiest spots in a workplace, a recent study found. Eating away from your keyboard will help you not be affected by too much of germs.
