Bangalore: Whether you are a fresher or a corporate veteran, being well-liked by your coworkers is a key for success. When they like you, fellow staff members are more likely to pitch in on your projects and support your ideas. Not to mention the fact that a friendly ambiance makes the workplace a lot more pleasant for everyone.

With that in mind, here are few guidelines for staying on everyone’s good-side, as reported on various sources.

1. Respect The Space:

Sharing a space is the essence of co-working. Hence respect the fact that the workplace belongs to everyone around you and treat your coworker’s space with respect. Remember when you value the work space, others will respect you.

Try to keep your desk / space neat and clean, and mind others belongings within the space. In addition, don’t dominate bandwidth, meeting rooms and desk space. It is these little things that can make a huge difference, and it all starts with respecting the co-working space.
