Outsourcing happens when a company obtains services or products from an outside supplier. Offshoring occurs when a company contracts out certain portions of its business to overseas supplier.  A company will be benefitted in a greater extent as it helps them for cost –cutting while reducing the number of employees or not hiring any recruits and outsourcing offers greater efficiency.
