Bangalore: As the trends are changing in the job market, you must know what you should not write in the resume and what should be written. There are many things which you probably want to tell your future employer. But don’t let your resume as an image of a salesperson’s mouth. It is better to keep a safer line while you tempt to give a life story of yours in resume. Yeah, your hiring manger should not be expecting a short story of your life but your greatest professional achievements and academic achievements which can prove you as a right candidate for the applied job.

Read more about What Indian Techies Fake in Resume

1. Certain Personal Information

The only personal information you must include is the contact details. Your postal address, email address, phone and fax numbers are listed as the ‘must included’ list on your resume. Earlier days, we have seen giving the details about religion, sex, age, ethnicity and sometimes even the political identity. If these details are not directly related to the job you applying for, you should avoid mentioning them on your resume as any discrimination based on those details is considered as illegal.

2. Faking about Educational Background

Any fudged information is not appreciated on a resume especially when it comes to educational background. In fact, it is the very falsifying detail some of the candidates tend to detail. Covering up your academy failures, fabricate degrees and manipulating certificates are the major faked educational details which you should avoid. When it comes to interview, you will be asked to attend skill based tests as the corporate world has already recognized the failure of Indian education system to produce centralized databases. So, fudging about academic details will not work anymore.

7: It is thought provoking to know about the recent changes that has been taking place in today's job market. It is apparent that candidates should change their way of applying for any job according to the recent development in the industry.
Candidates are sure to get job if they understand the present economic and political changes that is taking place in India and the West. The article mentions that how far our educational institutions are not able to educate their students to cope with the job market. It is also true that students have responsibilities to take care of their career.
