Bangalore: In all the companies there will be different employment contract procedures and the employees before signing on the contract need to go through it carefully. In some companies there can be a common employment contract for all the employees, but in many companies the contract might vary depending upon their position. Anyhow, here are the 10 essential things you need to check out before signing your employment contract.



 1. Regarding the Job Security:



As the job security is one of the most essential things, you need to be very careful about involuntary termination from the company, as it is not automatic with employment contracts. Joshua Zuckerberg, who is a partner at Pryor Cashman LLP, suggests you to ask for a job security agreement before signing the contract, reports John Rossheim, Monster Senior Contributing Writer. You need to also check if it’s there in the contract you are signing.
