Skills & Experience Required : Skills networking , networking Experience Required(Description) •6-12 years of networking and unified Communications ( IP Telephony) experience and extensive knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies•Solution architecting and in depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication solution portfolio is a must.
•Leadership in handling technical issues and escalations related to Cisco IP Telephony and Unified communication•Preparing detailed design document including technical Parameters for networking and unified communications infrastructure.
The experience should be in Designing and implementation of Cisco Call manager and Unity Version 4.•Configuration and Troubleshooting of Complex Voice Networks•Expertise to design and build Cisco Unified communication components like – Meeting place, Inpresence, VT Advantage, mobility etc•Preparing solution documents, bid responses, presentations for customers.
•Excellent communication and documentation skills
