Trainee (Fresher)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To implement new Microsoft products/tools for the client.
Interaction with the clients for the promotion of the Microsoft products
Working with Team Lead and senior member of the team to review and document operational, system and user procedures and guidelines.
Work on the lab setups and maintenance.
Interaction with the Microsoft teams with respect to the projects.
MANDATORY SKILL SETS:
Technical Knowledge in Microsoft products like Active directory, Exchange, Windows Server (2003/2008), operating System (windows XP/ Windows 7).
Keen to learn new skills.
Positive attitude and team player.
Very good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Dedication and commitment to the current learning
