As Keynote Solutions Engineer, you will be expected to deliver extraordinary initiative, effort and leadership to identify and develop business opportunities with existing clients and assist the sales staff in capturing new business. You will be a critical member of a sales and delivery team focusing on Service Level Management and Customer Experience Management for e-business applications. You will be technical account manager for Keynotes customers and drive the technical sales agenda, and assure prospects and customers have the right technical solutions to meet their needs. You will determine customer requirements, influence evaluation criteria, set customer expectations, conduct demonstrations and evaluations, and coordinate (and when appropriate, contribute to) the delivery of the solution(s).

* Providing pre and post-sales support in proposing and designing solutions to meet customers' business and technical requirements in the areas of e-business performance monitoring, testing, and tuning
* Developing and conducting strategic and effective demonstrations, presentations and customer training
* Facilitating and managing communication between project team members and customers
* Identifying and defining customer requirements, mapping solutions, and creating a vision
* Organizing and managing interdepartmental activities and resources to complete projects according to agreed specifications within defined budgets and time constraints
