Perform day to day systems administration tasks
Perform both onsite and remote Server tasks end-to-end
Participate on regular scheduled meeting with clients and ensure client satisfaction
Provide daily and weekly reports as per customer requirements
Must ensure customer deliverables on time as requested by client
Ensure that knowledgebase is updated constantly with new articles
Perform Server Administration in your capacity tasks as requested by Customer
Perform with ease all NOC tasks end-to-end.
Provide escalation services to NOC team
Perform upgrades of server operating systems and software tools
Comply with ISMS Policies
Must work night and weekend shifts in a 7x24 environment
Must provide on-call support
