    Knowledge in Session mgt, object relation mapping, XML web service, CMS&CPS System.
    Codelgniter, MongoDB, Redis, ActionScript, Memcached is a big plus
Desired Profile:
    A self-starter who works independently as part of a team.
    High coding standards; work on multiple projects on-time; integrate cutting edge tools&frameworks.
    Excel at producing simple solutions to the complex problems.
    Good written and spoken English.
