Our Client is a leading Finance Insurance Consulting Organisation across the globe.
This requirement is for their IT Division which caters to all group organizations globally.
At this point of time we have been given a Mandate from our clients for hiring "Service Delivery Manager" for their organization.
This is a Full time & permanent position  based in Mumbai and need to be filled in at the earliest.
 The SDM will take care of the entire Infrastructure Delivery for the Organization including management of vendors.
  To qualify for these positions, you should Have a good Educational Background  Have around 9 to 16 years of total experience Have atleast 2 years of experience of working as a Service Delivery Manager Have good experience on areas related to Networking, Infrastructure, Security & ITIL Have good experience on delivery of services to the client and to customers satisfaction related to projects on Networking, Infrastructure (MUST)  Have working experience with interdepartmental teams in a multinational environment Have Strong understanding of project planning & scheduling & Effective organizational & decision making capabilities    Should have ITIL Certification (MUST)  Have excellent Communication, Customer Interfacing and Presentation Skills Preference will be given to candidates from Mumbai If you fit the above and are interested in exploring this further, please send us your detailed Resume in word/.rtf format to resume@zcsindia.com (resume @ zcsindia.
