About the Role :
We are seeking smart motivated programmers who can conceptualize, build and support technically challenging products.
Passion for technology is a must and we expect this individual to have familiarity with variety of languages, platforms, frameworks.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on development of exciting new enterprise/consumer software solutions2. Work closely with development leaders and managers to plan releases3. Participate in the definition and design of new features and products4. Implementation of product functionality
Qualifications
Bachelors in CS/IT/EE or equivalent

Experience & Qualifications:
1. Has a solid software engineering background with strong experience in programming and rolling out solutions on UNIX platforms.
2. Understanding of Design Patterns, Development Processes and Best Practices3. Knowledge of UNIX/AIX/Solaris/HP-UX/Linux platforms.
Systems level experience will be a huge added advantage.
4. 3+ years of C/C++/C# programming5. Knowledge of Compilers, linkers and loaders6. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly break down and understand complex issues7. Experience with software engineering best practices, including use of version control systems, change and defect tracking tools, and test automation tools8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills9. Prior professional software development experience10. Understanding and Appreciation of User Experience Design11. Ability to Translate Business Goals into Product12. Proven Ability to Architect Applications13. Bachelors in CS or equivalent work experience14. Experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware a plus
