The individual will become involved with many aspects of production support including Initial Analysis of Tasks and tracking it to closure.

The following list illustrates some of the Tool Engineer Functions:

• Review Problem Ticket Queue, Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Initial Analysis of Tickets

• Coordination with Clients

• Participate On-Call and Severity issues.
