Department Part of the Enterprise Services support team the Information Technology department supports the RMS business in Noida.
Objective of the Netwok AdministratorProvider of first line support to internal clients (colleagues).Key Accountabilities & DeliverablesEngineering of Network related solutions for various project and operational needs.
Install and maintain existing LAN/WAN switches/routers/firewalls/WAN acceleratorsManage global network.
May be required after business hours on some occasions to ensure 24x7 availability of company networkDevelop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Contribute to and maintain system standards.
Backup of all the configurations Operations and SupportPerform daily network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
MaintenanceApply vendor patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
Configure / add new services as necessary.
Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
TechnicalExperience with Cisco switching, routing and ASA devices requiredShould have good expertise with Cisco IOS and CLIExperience with Cisco Wireless technology requiredCisco Voice, Unity, Call Manager experience preferredSyslog configuration and prior experience with monitoring tools required Experience RequiredBE / Three Year Diploma / Graduate in Science CCNA.
