The e-business manager has a strong grasp of the online/eCommerce space with excellent leadership, marketing, team management, and project management and communication skills.
Graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in business or marketing communications
Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years managing people. Key experience includes online agency, marketing, web content creation, translation and project management. Experience should in include global projects and working with remote teams.
Experienced people management, team building and development skills.
Strong analytical, presentation, budget and planning skills.
Strong project-management and problem-solving skills, Business Process Improvement certification a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating messages and presentations for executives
Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, quickly and thoroughly under multiple deadlines
Strong eye for detail and organization as well as the ability to focus on the \"big picture\"
Must be flexible and possess the ability to balance the management of multiple projects simultaneously
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office software skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of HTML/XML web technologies and Microsoft Sharepoint Server
Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
