•pre-livelihood counseling to the members at the livelihood information meeting Attend the interview-day meetings with members who have chosen to undergo Jalmitra training Follow up regularly with all livelihood partners on the progress of members and their job placements Follow up with the Jalmitras who are placed on regular basis to assess their performance and provide support to enhance it Liaise with the Ujjivan branches to support the Jalmitra activities Maintain health and livelihood related documentation at office. Provide weekly and monthly reports on the performance of the Jalmitras to the management teams Maintain good working relations with partner organizations Maintain good working relationship with Ujjivan managers/branch staff, to resolve customer problems and ensure their needs are met. The job involves extensive field visits and outreach.
Desired Profile
Qualification: MSW/Any Graduate
Experience: 1 Year or fresher who is familiar with working with communities or healthcare & livelihood programs
Language skills: Must have English and at least one regional language of the region applied for
Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant to relate to, cordial in dealings, able to move around and prepared to work 80% of in field.
