Provide assistance and support to the operation manager in Recruitment : Search for new candidates, creation of Job posts , animation of web/forums, participation to the 1st HR round, development & animation of a rich candidate database.
Human Resources : Follow up of HR processes, animation of the HR and team meetings, creation of new HR/administrative documents . Accountancy and secretary -Assistance in the manangement of the office, help in the general purchasing, answering phone, Accounts .
Candidate profile
-Strong knowledge in pack office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
-HR and recruitment skills : recruitment, payroll, Internal communication, management of an office
