Reporting to the Director of Sales Programs, the Inside Sales Representative, North America ("ISR") will be responsible for prospecting and selling the complete range of Keynote's benchmarking services, driving strategy, and closing business on a regular basis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Internet technology, as well as a proven track record of success selling enterprise software or services and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers.

* Fielding phone calls and email messages from Keynote customers/prospects and address concerns expressed by those customers
