The Inside sales Manager must be a motivated roll up your sleeves, line manager interested in excelling in a fast paced transactional sales environment. In the role as Telesales Manager this individual will train, coach, and manage teams of lead generation and qualifying, pre sales, sales, and technical engineers driving to execute Keynote growth initiatives, and team success. With the fast paced transactional sales environment the candidate must have familiarity with CRM systems like Siebel / Salesforce.com and experience in customer relationship management.

The ideal Inside Sales Manager will preferably have a strong background in Internet technology, as well as a proven track record of success selling enterprise software or services and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers. Minimal travel required the Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales team and helping them with prospecting and selling the complete range of Keynote's on-demand test and measurement solutions over the telephone or via email, driving strategy, and closing business on a regular basis.

* Sales strategy development and execution * Inside sales team management * Management of entire sales cycle and accurately forecasting opportunities based upon realistic assessments * New opportunity identification and closure * Efficient use of CRM tool and CRM system oversight * Data analysis * Operational goal setting and performance tracking * Generate new outbound lead generation programs through a variety innovative prospecting solutions. * Managing all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process; Strategically evaluating, managing, and prioritizing opportunities * Review and update status of inbound leads in CRM system * Managing all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process; Strategically evaluating, managing, and prioritizing opportunities * Frequent communication with customers and sales prospects; Achieving and sustaining 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers * Qualify inbound and outbound leads for an in-person meeting or teleconference with a Keynote direct salesforce. * Scheduling product demos for qualified customers * Effective account management strategizes by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client's needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services Required Skills: * Bachelors in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Science or Business Administration * Minimum 5 years of experience as Inside sales manager with at least 2 years experience selling complex application software or SaaS solutions, preferably in the eCommerce arena to North American medium to large businesses. * Inside Sales Manager must have at least two years' experience in a sales/marketing management position * Detailed CRM knowledge * Significant experience in customer relationship management * Entrepreneurial spirit * Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starting personality * Detail Oriented and Organized * Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments; * Consistent track record of developing new business and managing sales cycle. * Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Preferably working knowledge of Internet architecture, technology and infrastructure
