Are responsible for assisting all customers with their questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform day to day windows systems administration tasks, requires knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange, DNS.
Perform LAN and WAN administration tasks as required.
Participate on regular scheduled meeting with clients and ensure client satisfaction
Provide daily and weekly reports as per customer requirements
Must ensure customer deliverables on time as requested by client
Ensure that knowledgebase is updated constantly with new articles
Perform Server Administration in your capacity tasks as requested by Customer
Monitor alerts from SiteScope and Nagios to ensure IT infrastructures 100% uptime
Provide escalation services to level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk team
Perform upgrades of server operating systems and software tools
Perform Ticket/Case Management
Must work night and weekend shifts in a 7x24 environment
Must provide on-call support
