Desired candiadte profile:
Your client responsibilities:
Deal with all Level 1 queries for multiple applications within SLA,using WFT,Phones,Email and livechat.
Escalate level 2 issues to the Lead Generalist with all relevant documentation and troubleshooting.
Project support as required.
Involvement in training for new hires.
Technical skills requirements:
Sound knowledge of all level 1 process & support documentation.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
String troubleshooting skills.
Basic technical knowledge of internet and related systems.
