Srinivasan Puthireddy
Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager of Sphata Systems Pvt. Ltd (“Sphata”), Srinivasan Puthireddy (“Srini”) plays an integral role in developing the business and also establishing the company’s operations in Bangalore.
Prior to joining Sphata, Srini’s 18 years work experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry has taken him around the globe (India, Middle East, Europe, and United states) to fulfill key technical and leadership roles. Before joining Sphata, Srini had been working with Sybase Products Middle East (SPME), Sybase Inc and Northwestern Mutual (NM).
Srini joined SPME in the early stages of the company’s database business and built the technical support and professional services division. Under his leadership, NM was able to offshore their IT operations, restructure their technical services division and adhere to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
In his current role, Srini is focused on developing business for Sphata, with emphasis on quality business leadership. He believes in achieving unique and high customer satisfaction levels in all the services that are provided by Sphata through technical innovation and exemplary work ethics.
Srini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, India.
