We offer a continuum of services across all verticals of Recruitment broadly described as IT, ITES and NON-IT Recruitment; PERMANENT/ CONTRACT STAFFING. In addition, we also specialize in Offshore Software Development.

Shikshaplanet is run by a group of IIT alumni with varied experience in talent Sourcing, Management and Training which has helped us create a niche in the competitive market, our unique proposition being the knowledge base and expertise built over five years of caring for candidates and creating value for clients across India, abroad and the innovative approach towards this value creation.

We have access to a large pool of talent, mainly from premier institutes like IIT/IIM and REC, with experience and skills in a wide range of industries. We are a team of 120+ members. We have been catering to staffing requirements, both permanent and contract, of major companies in IT, Engineering, Sciences and Finance for the last 5 years.

Our competence also lies in setting up dedicated offshore software development teams for outsourced product development, software maintenance and independent software testing with a local project management team. Using our proven Project Management and mature development methodology we help emerging software leaders bring superior products to market.
