Bangalore: If you get terminated from your job, it might be because of three key crucial reasons that start from your poor performance, having a dominating or a bully boss or you might be having a team which is not supportive at all. For sure, it might be any one reason among these three reasons. But it all depends on the way you receive it because if you receive it in a positive approach, it might be the last difficult time you are suffering in your professional life. So, can you really take up your termination in a positive approach? Yes, Sandeep Sharma on the mensxp website has reported that there are few studies that were conducted on few male employees in India which showed that, termination helped them to grow the specific motivation that was required for a better job.

Around 70 percent of the respondents said that they turned it out to be a positive thing for their career prospect, while the rest said that getting fired might ruin their career perspective on a whole. So, why do many think about something in a negative way in the first stage of any problem?

It has been believed that it is the human mind which has the habit of treating every single situation in life as a probable problem in the future that has to be resolved. Definitely if anyone gets fired, they experience the mere shock as it has removed them out of their comfort zone. At the same point, after they are out of that shock, they might tend to look for better careers with more rewarding positions. Apart from all these things, one thing everyone has to believe is that, these kind of problems will never have a easier solution, so as a human being you need to wait for a better time that helps in curing that pain as soon as possible.

it is not merely the poor performance and a non supporting team and under dominating boss it includes egoistic, biased and idiotic boss who wants to treat a highly intelligent contributing employee like a slave if he is not an YES MASTER AND run the unit with his team of tale carriers once the critical job for which he wanted a real professional is got done This is more prevalent in India
