1: Recruiting involves precise decision making. In my business I need to deal with a lot of recruiters but unfortunately they fail to take decisions on time and keep me as well as their management hanging in the middle of nowhere. Some junior level hr are so irresponsible that they cant even communicate properly. How can the management even think about keeping such people on such key position which directly indirectly responsible for a company's growth. If the HR cannot take decisions for their own function how can they even take decision on the quality of the candidate. HR function is not just playing with vacancies/positions/careers and making money. It is an important responsibility. It's function should be taken seriously.

2: The HR Managers are having a ball playing around with employees just because they feel that thousand others are available for hire. The fact is that the HR Manager today are plain greedy and know nothing called human resource. Worst they themselves hardly stay at one place and expect others to stick around. They leave for higher pay and position but they cannot tolerate similar aspiration of those they interview. They are cruel to say the least else why would they fire someone whom they recruited hardly few years ago by labeling him or her as useless? Were they not wrong in selecting the wrong candidate? Another miserable failure of these HR Manager is their failure to retain talent. Most play God but are actually disposable. Senior management note losing an experienced engineer but hardly care if the HR Manager resigns as their contribution is not measurable just because they don't belong to the profit chain. These facts make them cruel and bone heads.
