The exorbitant pay not linked to company performance, the worldwide con job with stock buyback to increase the value of CEO stock options, the dismal leadership, the utter cluelessness... There is just one qualification one needs to be a CEO these days and that's connections. Your competence does not matter. And neither does your sanity.

4: Nice article. I worked with a CEO (Childish Egoistic Orthodox) who shows carrot to HQ making shareholders poorer still acting that he is smarter. We know he can continue like this till co closes down or share price fall below Re.1

Good article .., OK now you feel you are a pro, the one filling in to all the criterion as said..Now what next? How do you move further...Now you are in the Sr.Management level & feeling you can do more and right now.. You do not want to lay back and wait for the time to get promotion and become CEO ....ONE day.... What next, How next, Where next. Any websites, Online aptitude viable test, companies can verify and pick the right candidate.
