2. The "Novice Trap"
gin-right:10px;" />Starting as a trainee, you may not know much about your industry. But when you start to think you do not have experience and start spending your time to learn the basics, probably you will be tired off work. You should accept the failures and learn from them. Trying to avoid failure at work will not always help you to be successful in career. The better way to success is exploring more opportunities and taking more challenges which can probably fail you but one great idea can compensate all the dumb mistakes you have made at work. So, it is better to start working than trying to learn more basics... Just go and experiment.

It is interesting to know the bad habits which disturb our creativity. I have read elsewhere that both creativity and innovations are not the same.
Creativity helps us to improve our present level to an imaginable status. I have read an article which deals with CREATIVITY in which the common factors which determine the creativity in person is numbere 42 or so. The main reason for such study was that they wanted to see the similarity that binds each successful persons.
Creativity can be achieved very easily but one has to prepare him/herself to improve their attitude and behaviour. Every individual are unique in one way or other. They have creativity which they themselves may not aware. But peers/parents encouragement i.e. environment, can easily make anyone creative in their fields.I think that on the whole every creative people followed or showed certain traits/behaviour with others/society. Which consequently distinguished them from the crowd.
