In my office we are facing the problem of phone. People will be on their call for long time and will roam around the office. What to do ?

Well according to me first you check that whether they are on personal call or in office call, like sales & Marketing guys will always be on call because of their nature of job

If it is personal calls then send the mail to the person and tell them about office etiquette and also tell them about the loss of his work as well as company's work

It is very interesting to see the discussion on the usage of mobile phones. As our friends say, personal phones can be switched off during duty time.

But, our problem is the excess use of personal phones during duty time. They are not illiterate workers, they are literate staff who can think that they are paid for their duty hours.
