How to tackle workplace bully?
Hi All,

As you know Workplace bullies are basically cowards who want to show their superiority by pushing others. They will keep pushing anyone who accepts the nonsense.

Please suggest me how to tackle it..

There can be an internal problem also as we don’t have much knowledge about your situation so here's some solution to help you better:
•Share the situations that went completely out of your hands
•Identify the triggers that worked for you and the individuals in question.
•If it allows you, share an objective introduction to these 'bullies'.
