Company Not giving Relieving Letter
Hi All,
I am working in one small Software Company for 1.5 yr and Now I got new Offer from Other Company. So I give resignation to my current Employer. But he didn't accept it because he want me to stay with current Company but after continuous request he accepted it and I ready to follow Notice period and now I am at the end of my notice period and Current Employer is forcing me to extend Notice Period and Not giving Relieving Letter and Experience Letter and New Employer is asking for Relieving Letter at the time of joining. Now please can any one tell me how can I handle this situation and get Relieving Letter ? I am in big problem now.
